Hello Reader,

June is here, and that means I have another exciting Love Me Gluten Free box on the way to thousands of gluten-free homes everywhere.

Since not everyone has their box yet, I decided to delay my June Facebook Live Unboxing until Tuesday, June 9th at 11 am CDT. I realize this isn't our "normal" time, but I hope you'll still join me. 🤞

I'm going to give away a beautiful Mystery Box - filled with June goodies + goodies from past boxes - to one live attendee for FREE.

📅 RSVP HERE and be sure to add us to your calendar.

PS: I'll be coming to you live from sunny ☀️ California! I'll be on vacation with my family, and my June box is coming with me.

I'll unbox everything inside this "Summer Adventures" box with you on Tuesday, then enjoy it throughout the week. "See" you Tuesday!

PPS: The June box is sold out. Of course, you can ensure you don't miss any of our beautiful boxes when you become a monthly subscriber.

Celebrity Talks About the Struggles and Stigma of Celiac

Actor Jon Bernthal recently talked about having celiac disease on the Dinner's on Me podcast, and the gluten-free community has been buzzing ever since.

While Jon has been on my list of gluten-free celebrities for years, it's always meaningful to hear public figures openly discuss living with celiac disease. It helps reduce the stigma and reminds the world that celiac disease is a serious autoimmune condition ... and yes, even celebrities have it. They're just like us! 🤣

Jon's comments inspired me to revisit my list of gluten-free celebrities, which I spent several hours updating this week.

I've found 60 credible celebrities that have publicly shared that they follow a gluten-free diet - and the first 36 on my list have celiac disease (I source them all!).

See who made the list HERE.

Do You Need a Gluten Challenge?

You've been gluten-free for years, but never officially tested for celiac disease. Should you start eating gluten again to get answers?

In the latest episode of Gluten Free Unwrapped, I interview registered dietitian and celiac disease expert Erin Kenny, founder of The Celiac Space, to tackle one of the most confusing topics in the gluten-free world: The Gluten Challenge.

We discuss who should (and shouldn't) consider a Gluten Challenge, how much gluten is required for accurate testing, the role of genetic testing, and what to do if you simply can't tolerate eating gluten again.

We also unpack the story of a popular gluten-free influencer who spent years believing he had celiac disease, only to discover that genetic testing told a different story.

If you've ever wondered whether it's worth pursuing a formal diagnosis—or if you're questioning whether a Gluten Challenge is right for you—this episode will give you plenty to think about.

Listen on my blog or wherever you get your podcasts (e.g., Apple Podcasts or Spotify).

A Personal Update

As I mentioned, I'll be on vacation next week with my family. But don't worry, we'll get to hang out on Facebook Live for 30 minutes on Tuesday. My Facebook Live events are my favorite part of the month - it's when I feel a real connection with this awesome community!

We're excited to get away for a bit. We'll be traveling along the California coastline, stopping at several national parks, and visiting our son. He's doing an internship in Los Angeles this summer.

That's all I have for now. Enjoy the start to your summer and see you Tuesday!

Sincerely,

Jenny

Hello Reader, Memorial Day weekend is here (in the US), which means summer is unofficially kicking off. ☀️ More travel. More BBQs. More road trips. More “let’s just grab something quick” moments. And while summer is supposed to feel fun and carefree, I also know this season can throw a lot of curveballs at those of us living gluten-free. Routines go out the window. You're eating out more. People hand you mystery burgers without buns and say, “I think it’s gluten-free?” So here are a few...

Hello Reader, Fourteen years into living with celiac disease, and somehow, this never gets easier. I’m writing you from a business conference. When I registered, they asked about food allergies, and I clearly marked mine on the form, thinking that would be enough. But once I got here? There really wasn’t food for me. I’ve been in this situation enough times to know what to do. I opened the Find Me Gluten Free app, found a nearby spot with GF options, and left the conference to get myself...
