Our February box is sold out (although my husband secretly added 10 more February boxes to the cart yesterday, not sure if they're still there), but March boxes will go up for pre-sale starting on Monday.

Meet Colin the Caterpillar 🐛

My Instagram feed has been filled with my UK gluten-free friends posting about the new Made Without Wheat Gluten Free Colin the Caterpillar cake — a product from grocery giant Marks & Spencer.

After doing a little digging, I learned that Colin the Caterpillar has been the star of British birthday parties for more than 30 years, showing up at more than one million celebrations every year. Needless to say, seeing Colin all these years as a gluten-free person probably stung a little.

The new gluten-free version features an ultra-chocolatey rolled sponge filled with smooth chocolate buttercream, coated in milk chocolate, and finished with Colin’s signature white chocolate face and colorful sugar-coated beans.

This launch is a big win for gluten-free families who’ve long been left out of this iconic tradition, and we're so happy that our friends across the pond can finally have a proper celebration with Colin the Caterpillar in tow! 🎉🐛
