This week, I'm at the largest natural products tradeshow in the world. I'm scoping out new products to share with you, and there is a lot to look forward to this year!

Here are a few of my favorite finds so far. I will share more again soon! 😉

Rudi's is launching Sandos, which are gluten-free "uncrustable" sandwiches. These were soft and so good that I had to double-check that they were really gluten-free!

Egglife is launching Power Pasta made from egg whites. It contains 19 grams of protein and 100 calories per serving. I love egglife wraps, so I can't wait to enjoy this pasta when it's available in stores this summer.

Whoa! Dough just launched a new Brownie Batter cookie dough. This pre-portioned cookie dough is the best GF ready-to-bake cookie dough on the market ... and I've tried them all!

Caulipower launched a new frozen Dill Pickle Pizza. I had to wait in a crazy long line to snag a slice, but it was worth the wait and definitely a big dill!

Jack's Allergen Friendly Bakery is launching top-14 allergen-free Cinnamon Rolls. They were soft and sweet. I've never had a store-bought cinnamon roll like this.

New Recipe Alert: Creamy Avocado Dip

Check out my NEW recipe for this Ultra-Creamy Avocado Dip that I posted on my blog this week.

It's made from a blend of ripe avocados, tangy Greek yogurt, zesty lemon juice, and a hint of garlic - yum!

The Wicked Gluten Free Expo will be on Saturday, March 29th, 2025, from 10am-6pm at the Mohegan Sun Earth Expo Center in Uncasville, CT. Reserve your ticket here.

Calling All GF Teens: The annual GIG 2025 Virtual Teen Summit will be July 12th from 11:00am to 4:30pm EST. This year, everything will be virtual (vs. in-person). This event is an excellent way for your gluten-free teen to meet other teens and find a supportive community. Parents, register your teen here to save your spot!

My Reflections Posting about Omer

I've received an overwhelming amount of supportive emails about the release of Omer Shem Tov, a young man with celiac disease who was kidnapped by terr0rists on October 7, 2023. We've been following Omer's story for 500+ agonizing days, and we were overjoyed last week when he was released from captivity.

If you're a long-time reader or friend, you may not have realized that when I first posted about Omer, I lost hundreds of Instagram followers and newsletter subscribers. I also received threatening DMs and emails, and I had to temporarily stop posting on Instagram.

If you're still part of this community, you rock! You have cared about Omer (and me), and for that, I say with tears in my eyes, thank you.

I messaged Omer's mother and told her that our community has been thinking about Omer every week, and she responded, "Thank you for your support and prayers. We are now a big happy family."

Thank you for caring about a fellow celiac (Omer) and giving a voice to someone who didn't have one. Omer needed us to care about him and to keep his story alive.
