7 New + Nostalgic Gluten-Free Products

The nostalgia is hitting hard lately, and so many of our old-time favs are coming out with GF versions. Here’s a roundup of new + nostalgic gluten-free products that will make you feel like a kid again:

(1) Cheez-Its

You already know about this one. I’m pretty sure gluten-free influencers have given Cheez-Its two solid months of free publicity at this point. 😂

(2) Good Mallow

This brand is storming into gluten-free homes everywhere. Their crispy treats taste better than the originals, and they just launched the first-ever certified gluten-free “Peeps”-style marshmallow bunnies and eggs that are artificial-dye-free, vegan, kosher, and adorable.

EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT: Find Good Mallow Bunnies and Eggs exclusively on Amazon and use code AZ4GQWI5 for 5% off. (Coupon good on cut-out marshmallows only.) Several colors are already sold out - so reserve yours today so you don't miss out for Easter!

(3) Chips Ahoy

Last year, Chips Ahoy launched a gluten-free version of its classic cookie. I thought it was pretty good - and kudos to Chips Ahoy for going GF.

(4) Tate’s Bake Shop

This nostalgic crispy cookie brand just released two new gluten-free flavors: Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate Chip. I’ve tried both—and can confirm they’re legit. The Oatmeal Raisin has that nostalgic oatmeal cookie vibe I love.

(5) Tim Tams

I’ll be honest — I didn’t really know what a Tim Tam was before the gluten-free version showed up. But apparently, these chocolate-covered crispy wafer cookies are a thing — and they're dangerously good.

(6) Gluten-Free Sourdough

Canyon Bakehouse just released a Sourdough Style bread that is amazing. Yes, sourdough is back on the table, baby!

EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT: Use code GOODFORYOULOAVES25 for 25% off the new Sourdough Style bread at canyonglutenfree.com. The code also works on Cinnamon Raisin and Hawaiian Sweet Bread.

(7) Zolli Gum Popz

If you love a good lollipop but don’t love sugar or artificial dyes, you need to check out Zolli’s brand-new Zolli Gum Popz. They’re gluten-free, sugar-free, and made without all that icky junk. It's the first sugar-free gum pop, and was invented by a 7-year-old entrepreneur!

EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT: Use code LOVEZOLLI for 26% off any order at shop.zollipops.com.

Featured Brand: Ethel's

You’ve probably heard me talk about Ethel’s — and I’m not stopping anytime soon. I genuinely love this brand.

Ethel's Baking Co. is a woman-founded company that has absolutely taken the gluten-free world by storm over the last few years, and it has been such a joy to watch them succeed.

The company was founded by Jill Bommarito and her daughter, Lily. The two took a treasured family recipe and turned it into a line of fabulous dessert bars. It's like eating a handheld pie.

These dessert bars are gooey, indulgent, and nostalgic in all the right ways. The kind of dessert that makes you close your eyes for a second after the first bite.

I am always rooting for strong women building beautiful businesses, and Ethel’s is one of those brands I am so proud to support and share with this community.

EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT: Use the code FebLMGF for 20% off any purchase at ethels.com.

On the Podcast

On this week’s episode of Gluten-Free Unwrapped, I talk with Maya Tomasello, founder of The Inn Berlin — a dedicated gluten-free bed and breakfast in Maryland.

After navigating her own celiac diagnosis as a college student and experiencing the stress of traveling while gluten-free, Maya decided to create a cozy B&B in the historic town of Berlin, Maryland — just a few miles west of Ocean City.

In this episode, Maya shares her personal journey with celiac disease, how she brought The Inn Berlin to life, the honest realities of running a small hospitality business (yes, it's hard!), and how you can visit this charming B&B that exclusively serves gluten-free food.

Listen on my blog or tune in on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. Thank you for supporting the show — it truly means so much to me and to the small businesses I feature. 💛
