Hello Reader, I recently spotted a certified gluten-free product (GFCO certified!) that also had a label saying, "May contain wheat." Wait⦠what? Turns out, the product is made in a shared facilityānot on shared equipmentāand the manufacturer added the warning as a legal precaution.
