Maybe even scary. I get it ā I used to feel this way. However, after years of research, conversations with brands, and a deeper understanding of how third-party certifications actually work, including a conversation with the GFCO, the leading gluten-free certifying agency, I can confidently say this: If itās certified gluten-free, itās safe ā even if made on shared equipment.
