Hello Reader,

I love the holiday season. The lights. The music. The food. The presents.

In today's newsletter, I want to share a few exclusive discount codes with you - all from brands we featured inside our December Love Me Gluten Free box.

I also want to share more important information on the new global gluten labeling guidelines and my exciting celebrity guest on Gluten Free Unwrapped. Keep scrolling...

🎁 December Deals

Our December box is sold out, but you can reserve our January box or order a gift subscription for a loved one, while supplies last. We anticipate selling out - so don't delay!

If you didn't get our December box, you can still try all these products for a deep discount - check out the list of exclusive deals below.

Remember, I negotiate these deals for our community every month. When you order using our codes, you're not only showing these wonderful brands your support, but also demonstrating the power of our community, which will incentivize them to continue sharing great deals with us!

Canyon Bakehouse - We shared Canyon's tasty Brioche Rolls this month, and you can stock up on their buns and rolls with this exclusive discount: 25% off with the code GOODFORYOUGFHOLIDAYS25 (coupon valid on buns and rolls only).

Cob - Cob makes popcorn-like popped sorghum, an ancient supergrain rich in antioxidants and prebiotic fiber. Use the code LOVEMECOB for 20% off.

GoNanas - I'm pretty sure Christmas morning won't be complete without something warm baking in the oven. Stock up on the viral GoNanas banana bread mixes - use the code LOVEGONANAS for 20% off.

Jack's Allergen-Friendly Bakery - If Santa is gluten-free in your home, leave him any of Jack's soft-baked cookies or cinnamon rolls. Find them at Sprouts, Natural Grocers, and on the Jack's website. Use code LOVEME20 for 20% off.

Laura's Gourmet - Chef Laura has created delicious granola, granola clusters, and meal toppers. Use the code LMGF for 20% off any food items - this offer expires 12/20.

Zolli Candy - Ready to enjoy delicious candy without the sugar? Then Zolli is your brand! All Zolli candies are 100% sugar-free! Use the code LOVEZOLLI for 20% off.

Alter Eco - While I don't have a discount code for you, you can still snag the NEW Coffee Brittle flavor exclusively at Sprouts or enjoy another flavor from Amazon. All Alter-Eco products are certified gluten-free.

Banza - Have you tried Banza's new brown rice pasta? The texture is spot on! Find it at your local grocery store or on Amazon.

Cappello's - Cappello's recently launched a new certified gluten-free pizza made with gluten-free wheat starch. It tastes really good - and don't worry, gluten-free wheat starch is totally gluten-free!

Every Body Eat - I've never met a company prouder of its ingredients - which is why it lists them on the front of every package. The Ginger Cinnamon Cookie Bites are delicious, but be sure to try their crackers and NEW pretzel snack thins too - all available on Amazon.

Glutino - If you miss Little Debbie Nutty Bars, I have found your dupe: Glutino's Chocolate Peanut Butter Wafer Bites. Find 'em at Walmart, and keep an eye out for them on Amazon.

Global Update on Gluten Labeling

In a significant step toward clearer gluten labeling, the FAO and WHO released new scientific recommendations on confusing disclosures, such as “may contain gluten,” on gluten-free products.

Many products carry a may contain statement. The claim is voluntary and confusing, especially when seen on a gluten-free-labeled product. These new guidelines help companies understand whether this claim is necessary.

The new guidelines put forth, for the first time, a reference dose (RfD) of 4 mg of gluten per eating occasion. This allows companies and regulators to better determine if and when a precautionary label is needed.

Why this matters: Currently, some foods meet the gluten-free standard but still carry “may contain” warnings, which can be confusing. The new guidance aims to address this overlap, so gluten-free” always means gluten-free, and “may contain” signals a true risk.

If countries adopt these recommendations, people with celiac disease could see fewer unnecessary warnings, greater access to safe foods, and more confidence in labeling. While it may take years for regulations to catch up, this is a huge step toward clarity and safety for the global celiac community.

🎧 Meet Audrey Dunham on Gluten Free Unwrapped

I introduced you to Audrey Dunham's company, Autumn Sons Baking Co., last month. She created a line of delicious plant-based + certified gluten-free cookie mixes. She's also the wife of famed ventriloquist and comedian Jeff Dunham!

On my latest episode of Gluten Free Unwrapped, Audrey and I talk about her vegan lifestyle, how she started her allergy-friendly baking company (and why her original name, Peanuts, didn't fly), and what it's like having a famous husband.

Tune in wherever you get your podcasts - available on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. Search "Gluten Free Unwrapped."

Featuring Audrey also gives me another chance to share a special deal with you. Use the code AUTUMNLOVE for 20% off through 12/31/25 - hurry!

My New Sweatshirt Arrived!

My new sweatshirt arrived from Phil Hates Gluten, and I love it! It's super cozy. I ordered the large because I like my sweatshirts oversized. It'll be a fun lounge shirt for the cold winter ahead. Check it out at PhilHatesGluten.com.

Hanukkah, oh Hanukkah!

The first night of Hanukkah is Sunday, December 14th. It feels like it always comes on so fast every year.

We're gearing up to make potato latkes and homemade chocolate gelt. I'm skipping the homemade jelly donuts this year and grabbing some donut holes from Trader Joe's instead. Much easier!

I may also make some black and white (err, blue and white) cookies this year, if I'm feeling motivated.

Have a beautiful weekend - and start Hanukkah (if you celebrate). I'll be back next week for more gluten-free fun!

Sincerely,

Jenny
